Loan Coordinator - Commercial - Remote

Overview

The Loan Coordinator at Reinvestment Fund will support the Closing and Disbursements team, playing a critical role in managing commercial loan files and ensuring compliance with approved budgets.

In Short

• Review borrower’s monthly requisitions for accuracy.
• Coordinate funding for construction loan advances.
• Manage and report on construction budgets and timelines.
• Identify and resolve budget issues.
• Monitor interest allowances and reserves.
• Review inspection reports for accuracy.
• Input loan servicing details into management dashboard.
• Ensure collection of post-closing documents.
• Communicate funding needs to the Finance department.
• Generate monthly construction disbursement reports.

Requirements

• Associates degree or equivalent experience.
• 1-2 years of experience in commercial real estate and lending.
• Ability to read and understand budgets and loan documents.
• Proficient in MS Office and document management systems.
• Strong organization and time-management skills.
• Experience in construction lending coordination preferred.
