A leading company in the healthcare sector is seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead cross-functional teams, drive strategic initiatives, and ensure the successful execution of technical programs. This role requires fluency in Russian and English and a strong technical background in program management.

• Lead and oversee multiple technical programs from initiation to delivery.

Requirements

• Fluency in Russian and English (written and spoken).
• Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager, Project Manager, or similar role in a tech-driven environment.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Experience working with engineering teams and technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello).
• Experience in the healthcare, fintech, or SaaS industry.(Desired)
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). (Desired)
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. (Desired)
• Background in software engineering or technical consulting. (Desired)
