Overview

The Field Marketing Manager will build and execute strategic marketing programs that connect with new target buyers, create opportunities, and accelerate pipeline.

• Plan, drive, promote, and implement effective marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate participation in industry trade shows and local events.
• Work closely with sales to determine key events and manage attendance.

• Ensure successful lead follow-up strategies with BDRs.
• Work with the marketing team to ensure campaigns meet deadlines.
• Analyze and report on campaign performance.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in marketing, focusing on Events and Field.
• Strong track record of building marketing programs that drive quota attainment.
• Experience in cybersecurity and field marketing targeting CISOs.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
• Proven tactics to promote collaboration with sales teams.
• Knowledge of Monday.com is a plus.
• PCM certification is a plus.
• Must be a US Citizen capable of passing a background check.
• A passion for startups and a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude.
