• Domain experience with crypto or derivatives.
• 10+ years in software engineering.
• 5+ years in engineering management.
• Knowledge of high quality code and processes.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and execute effectively.
• Experience architecting complex distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience in coding and troubleshooting.
• Passion for building an open financial system.
