In Short

• Work side-by-side with Elastic engineers to document new features and improve existing content.
• Produce how-to guides, user guides, tutorials, and other content for documentation.
• Use Git and GitHub for documentation version control.
• Review and edit documentation changes from other employees and community members.
• Test product and documentation for accuracy and consistency.

Requirements

• 2+ years in a SaaS, IT, or developer-focused environment.
• Technical knowledge and expertise in the product area.
• Curiosity and willingness to tackle sophisticated problems.
• Experience with lightweight markup languages like Markdown or Asciidoc.
