In Short

• Serve as a technical authority and trusted advisor to sales team and customers.
• Understand and solve customer business issues with the Elastic Stack.
• Engage the regional Elastic community through events and programs.
• Develop and maintain relationships at all levels in customer organizations.
• Participate in planning and execution phases for your territory.
• Demonstrate the value of Elastic products in sales meetings and events.
• Advise sales team on positioning Elastic products and solutions.
• Onboard and educate partners, supporting them in sales cycles.
• Communicate customer needs and gaps to engineering and leadership teams.
• Continuously improve sales and technical skills through education.

Requirements

• Success in a technical presales role within the Public Sector.
• Ability to articulate and sell benefits of modern platforms and technologies.
• Passion for continuous learning and professional development.
• History of successful customer relations and understanding their needs.
• Ability to influence and inspire teams.
• Fluency in German is essential.
• Willingness to travel 30% within the region and occasionally internationally.
