Elastic Consultant - Remote

Overview

As an Elastic Consultant, you will work closely with customers to provide technical solutions using the Elastic Stack, serving as a trusted advisor and helping to drive customer success.

In Short

• Lead the delivery of Elastic solutions to drive customer success.
• Design, develop, and integrate Elastic products and services.
• Develop demos and proof-of-concepts for the Elastic Stack.
• Data modeling, query development, and optimization.
• Solving challenging data problems for customers.
• Collaborate with engineering, product management, and support teams.
• Engage with sales to scope opportunities and assess risks.
• Mentor and coach fellow consultants.

Requirements

• Strong customer advocacy and communication skills.
• Experience with Elasticsearch or similar technologies.
• Background as a Software Engineer, Sysadmin, or DevOps Engineer.
• Ability to gather and execute solutions to customer requirements.
• Understanding of open-source technology.
• Experience with large distributed systems.
• Knowledge of information retrieval or analytics.
• Willingness to travel and work remotely with customers.
• Understanding of Linux, Java, and databases.
• Fluency in French and English.
