Business Intelligence Engineer II - Remote

Overview

This position is a hybrid role requiring employees to work from our headquarters location in Seattle, WA every Tuesday and Wednesday, and remote all other days. As a Business Intelligence Engineer, you’ll use some of the most robust real estate data in the world to build tools and answer important questions about the American housing and rental market.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in statistics, computer science, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a relevant role.
• Advanced SQL and Python skills.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau.
• Familiarity with AI code generation tools.
• Understanding of data lake/warehouse architectures.
• Experience with orchestration tools like Airflow.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Data modeling and requirements gathering experience.
• Housing-market experience is a plus.
