Redefining Strength is looking for a motivated and driven appointment setter who wants to grow with a fast-moving company! This position is fully remote and you must be available to work weekends.

In Short

• Work inside our corporate messaging account, responding to leads from ads and initiating organic conversations with potential clients.
• Engage in lead generation and messaging on Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms during scheduled hours.
• Respond to customer inquiries via email, text, and direct messages.
• Track and log lead interactions and performance metrics in provided tracking sheets.
• Provide valuable feedback to improve lead generation processes and optimize conversions.
