Overview

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow IRM, GRC, and ESG Lead Consultant to join our dynamic team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, with expertise in designing and implementing IRM, GRC, and ESG modules.

• Lead the design, implementation, and customization of ServiceNow IRM, GRC, and ESG solutions.
• Provide expert advisory on best practices for risk management, governance, compliance, and ESG reporting.
• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle from requirement gathering to deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Develop and deliver technical documentation, training, and support.
• Stay up-to-date with ServiceNow product releases and industry trends.
• Drive ESG initiatives for clients using ServiceNow.
• Lead and mentor junior consultants.
• Engage with clients in various industries to address their needs.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience in implementing ServiceNow IRM, GRC, and ESG modules.
• In-depth knowledge of risk management, audit, compliance, and sustainability principles.
• Proven experience working with global clients across various industries.
• Strong project management, communication, and leadership skills.
• ServiceNow certifications are highly preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
