• Design and implement backend ML systems for personalized feeds.
• Explore new technologies to enhance ML capabilities.
• Champion engineering processes and best practices.

• Excellent communication skills required for remote collaboration.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering developing backend ML systems.
• Experience with large-scale distributed systems and data-intensive applications.
• Proficiency in Go, Python, C++, or any object-oriented programming language.
• Experience with MLOps tools and practices.
• BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with software engineering best practices.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and self-directed.
• Ability to communicate complex topics effectively.
