EvolutionIQ is on a mission to improve the lives of injured and disabled workers through innovative technology in the insurance space. We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Software Engineer - ML Platform to lead the architecture and deployment of our machine learning infrastructure.

In Short

• Design and launch scalable ML and data processing systems.
• Automate model lifecycle management for efficient updates.
• Implement frameworks for model monitoring and feature engineering.
• Lead model deployment through APIs for real-time integration.

Requirements

• 8+ years of software development experience in AI/ML.
• Technical leadership experience in ML Infra/Platform teams.
• Expertise in Python and orchestration frameworks.
• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably GCP.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Excellent document writing and presentation skills.
• Creative problem-solving skills.
