In Short

• The Core Experience team is responsible for the holistic experience across Reddit platforms.
• This PM will be responsible for the strategy and end-to-end execution of projects that integrate ranking and ML.
• Example projects include recommending related posts and understanding video content.
• Looking for a Staff-level Product Manager to improve ranking and recommendations.
• Define the strategy for the Ranking Foundation team.
• Design and analyze ranking experiments.
• Focus on media recommendations and content understanding.
• Understand the competitive environment regarding conversational experiences.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience, 2+ years in ranking/ML roles.
• Experience building product roadmaps and defining experiments.
• Shipped ML-enabled consumer products with meaningful results.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, SQL knowledge is a plus.
• Experience with ML models and measuring their success.
• Ability to define team goals and success metrics.
• Great communication and interpersonal skills.
