In Short

• Lead the Mods Empowerment team and own the product vision, roadmap, and strategy.
• Drive end-to-end product development for moderator features.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and marketing.
• Define and own top-line KPIs for the Mods organization.
• Conduct market and usability research to inform product strategy.
• Analyze feature results and communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Empower moderators to enhance community engagement.
• Develop strategic product roadmaps aligned with business goals.
• Foster a collaborative environment among diverse teams.
• Utilize strong analytical skills to drive product decisions.

Requirements

• 8+ years of Product Management experience.
• Experience leading 0-1 products and achieving ambitious product visions.
• Proven track record in shipping impactful B2C products.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with SQL proficiency.
• Experience in leading teams and defining success metrics.
• Adept in writing clear product execution and strategy documents.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
