In Short

• Own end-to-end design and execution of ML-based targeting products.
• Drive research direction and technical roadmap for complex projects.
• Lead project execution and contribute to team vision and strategy.
• Research and implement new model architectures for retrieval.
• Provide mentorship to junior Machine Learning Engineers.
• Own offline & online experimentation of ML models.
• Work on large-scale data systems and product integration.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across product, engineering, and marketing.

Requirements

• Tech lead experience in a product ML team.
• Experience with ads retrieval modeling and ranking systems.
• Experience with deep learning models for retrieval.
• 5+ years of experience in training and deploying ML models.
• 2+ years of experience with TensorFlow/PyTorch.
• Experience with data processing and pipeline orchestration tools.
• Experience with nearest-neighbor search systems is a plus.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with deep learning and transfer learning preferred.
• Tech lead experience in a product team preferred.
