• Design and implement ML systems for targeting products.
• Own end-to-end execution of ML-based targeting products.
• Conduct offline and online experiments to improve targeting.
• Research and implement new model architectures for retrieval.
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders across various teams.
• Work on large-scale data systems and backend services.
• Drive technical roadmaps and project execution.
• Focus on improving advertiser outcomes with ML-driven solutions.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience with deep learning models.
• 2+ years with ML frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch.
• 3+ years of end-to-end model training and deployment experience.
• 3+ years of experience with data generation pipelines.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of search and recommender systems preferred.
• Experience with deep learning or transfer learning preferred.
