Requirements

• Strong expertise in Equity Edge Online.
• Comprehensive understanding of equity instruments and tax regulations.
• Proven experience managing employee stock purchase plans.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to streamline processes.
• Proven leadership and people management experience.
