Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in UX/Product Design, with 2+ years in leadership.
• Experience managing a team and fostering collaboration.
• Minimum 2 years on a consumer Growth related team.
• Proven experience leading design teams in fast-paced environments.
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions.
• Deep expertise in UX best practices and interaction design.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
