• We’re looking for a backend engineer who is comfortable taking on the end-to-end delivery & technical leadership of complex services.
• Work cross-functionally with product, design, and other engineering counterparts.
• Contribute to the full development cycle: technical design, development, test, experimentation, analysis, and launch.
• Foster a data-driven culture within the team.
• Take accountability for the delivery of projects.
• Bring ideas and directly influence the team’s roadmap.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Experience in working cross-functionally to lead projects.
• Language agnostic but primarily using Golang and Python.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and self-directed.
