Partner Manager for Pharmacies & Same-Day Delivery (Part-Time) - Remote

Overview

As a Partner Manager, you will be the face of the SameDay-Delivery service for partner pharmacies, guiding them through the onboarding process and developing strategies to optimize performance and customer satisfaction.

In Short

• Responsible for one or more regions of the SameDay-Delivery area.
• Support partner pharmacies in using the e-commerce platform.
• Act as the main contact for pharmacies regarding the SameDay-Delivery service.
• Strategically develop and optimize pharmacy processes based on KPI analyses.
• Interface between pharmacies and internal teams like Last Mile and Customer Service.
• Part-time position with 20 hours per week.
• Remote work with monthly meetings in Cologne.

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Marketing or E-Commerce, or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in e-commerce platforms and/or account management.
• Analytical mindset and enthusiasm for data-driven decisions.
• Hands-on mentality and strong time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English.
• Experience in the healthcare sector is a plus.
