ERP Support Specialist - Remote

Overview

As an ERP Support Specialist at Redcare Pharmacy, you will be responsible for providing first and second-level support across multiple ERP systems, ensuring smooth operations and effective collaboration with various teams.

• Handle technical support requests across AX 2009 and D365.
• Monitor batch job errors and alerts via the Front app.
• Investigate root causes of issues with internal teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure reliable data flows.
• Perform validation tests on business processes.

• Degree in Computer Science or related field required.
• 1–3 years of ERP support experience preferred.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Fluency in English, German is a plus.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Experience in ERP support or system administration.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems.
• Familiarity with message queues, JSON, and XML.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Collaborative and solution-driven attitude.
• Fluency in English; German is a plus.
