In Short

• Lead a team ensuring the adoption of best engineering practices.
• Design and develop backend and Android solutions.
• Define scalable and secure architectures.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure product quality.
• Interact with clients to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Ensure good development practices, including testing, documentation, and code review.
• Mentor and support junior developers.
• Be a role model, mentoring and supporting the team, promoting decision-making and autonomy.

Requirements

• Solid experience in software development and team leadership.
• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Experience in Backend development with Kotlin and Ktor (a plus).
• Experience in Mobile Android development with Kotlin.
• Knowledge in microservices architecture and cloud (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Good handling of agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Communication and client management skills.
• Experience in relational databases.
• Ability to balance coding work and technical leadership.
• Strong passion for engineering best practices like clean architecture and clean code.
