• Develop software following Scrum methodology, producing high-quality features that meet acceptance criteria.
• Review team members' code to ensure high-quality development and adherence to best practices.
• Collaborate with Managers to implement end-to-end solutions for complex projects.
• Maintain and support the applications you build.
• 5+ years of experience as a fullstack developer.
• Experience working in tech startups or agile teams, ideally with US companies.
• Advanced/bilingual English level (100% remote and asynchronous work with English-speaking clients).
• Native or equivalent Spanish proficiency.
• Solid experience in JavaScript, TypeScript, and SQL.
• Experience with frameworks and tools like Next.js, React, Supabase.

• Ability to work in asynchronous environments with autonomy, responsibility, and delivery focus.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
