Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as VP of Engineering or Senior Engineering Manager.
• Experience in building scalable SaaS systems, IoT platforms, or fintech applications.
• Knowledge of cloud architecture and CI/CD systems.
• Ability to manage large data volumes and implement ML/AI algorithms.
• Familiarity with payment, billing, and security systems.
• Strong knowledge of web and mobile application security.
• Experience in scaling engineering teams and recruiting talent.
• Understanding of IT project management methodologies.
