Associate Site Reliability Engineer - Remote

Overview

As an Associate Site Reliability Engineer, you will work with a team to deliver new features for the product, ensuring its overall health and performance.

In Short

• Participate in on-call rotations and respond to customer issues.
• Investigate and resolve customer-reported issues.
• Develop unit and end-to-end tests for features.
• Maintain customers’ managed OpenShift clusters.
• Participate in testing new features and platform updates.
• Collaborate with various teams for issue resolution.
• Write and use product documentation.

• Ensure timely delivery of features and bug fixes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Knowledge of cloud resource providers (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience in software engineering using Golang or Python.
• Familiarity with containers and Kubernetes on Linux.
• Understanding of microservices development and architecture.
• Experience with distributed source control systems (git/gitlab).
