Overview

As an Associate Site Reliability Engineer, you specialize in designing, building, and maintaining our production services. You will partner with our development teams to collaborate on different technology stacks, driving release management and monitoring solutions to ensure our production services meet SLAs.

In Short

  • Design, build, and maintain production services.
  • Collaborate with development teams on various technology stacks.
  • Drive release management and monitoring solutions.
  • Optimize cloud services for cost and capacity.
  • Respond to external support requests related to cloud architecture.
  • Develop infrastructure as code on Azure.
  • Ensure security best practices are implemented.
  • Work with teams to design and implement infrastructure for new products.
  • Maintain documentation and support public IPs.
  • Participate in deployments and maintenance operations as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure architecture and principles.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps build and release pipelines.
  • Knowledge of Azure SQL Database, Cosmos DB, or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with ElasticSearch, Azure Search, or equivalent.
  • Experience with Azure Cloud Services and App Services.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Bonus: Knowledge of Kubernetes, Infrastructure-as-code, and YAML Docker Containers.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with Agile & SCRUM methodologies.
  • Bonus: Knowledge of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery.
