• Join the Threat Response Engineering team to remediate threats in customer environments.
• Analyze, contain, and remediate threats using Red Canary’s detection platform.
• Provide comprehensive reports to customers on investigations and actions taken.
• Collaborate with Detection Engineering, Threat Hunting, and Intel teams.
• Support cross-functional teams during customer security incidents.
• Mentor peers and lead team projects.
• Support product improvement through collaboration with leadership.
• Engage with customers during the setup of Active Remediation.
• Participate in on-call rotation.

Requirements

• Experience responding to security events/threats.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Mastery of EDR products like CarbonBlack, CrowdStrike, and Microsoft Defender.
• Familiarity with identity security products.
• Deep understanding of Windows and MacOS internal systems.
• Strong understanding of enterprise technology and security operations.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Interest in current adversary tactics and techniques.
• Ability to support an on-call rotation.
