We are supporting a partner in this vacancy. The customer of our partner is a leading IT system house that has been providing tailored IT solutions for medium-sized and large companies since 1999. The company has developed into a significant full-service IT service provider over the past 25 years.

In Short

• Provide IT solutions on-site at customer locations.
• Handle 2nd-level support efficiently.

Requirements

• Completed training in IT, network, or system integration.
• Experience with virtualization technologies like Microsoft Hyper-V or VMware.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft cloud environments, including Azure and Microsoft 365.
• Experience in network, storage, and server administration.
• Ability to work independently and customer-oriented.
• Strong communication skills and team spirit.
• Willingness to travel and possess a valid driver's license.
• Fluent in German and good English skills.
