In Short

• Lead the SAP CS team both technically and disciplinarily.
• Responsible for project execution regarding time, budget, and quality.
• First escalation instance for project challenges.
• Motivate the team and develop team members.
• Plan resources, workload, and goal management.
• Strategic personnel development in close collaboration with international units.
• Organize and conduct training measures.
• Support presales activities and further develop the SAP portfolio.
• Implement strategic measures in coordination with competence center leads.
• Ensure qualification, workload, and project quality within the team.

Requirements

• Completed studies in (Business) Informatics, Engineering, Business Administration, or comparable qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in the implementation and support of SAP CS.
• Experience in leading and developing teams.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP CS, ideally supplemented by knowledge of adjacent modules.
• Experience in project management, preferably with agile methods.
• Analytical and structured working style combined with strong communication skills.
• High level of personal responsibility and assertiveness.
• Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
