Overview

As an experienced leader in the SAP SD area, you will take on a responsible leadership role in a dynamic and growth-oriented company, overseeing both technical and disciplinary aspects of the SAP SD team.

In Short

• Lead the SAP SD team both technically and disciplinarily.
• Responsible for project execution regarding time, budget, and quality.
• Act as the first escalation instance for project challenges.
• Motivate and develop team members.
• Plan resources, workloads, and goal management.
• Strategic personnel development in collaboration with international units.
• Organize and conduct training measures.
• Support presales activities and further develop the SAP portfolio.
• Implement strategic measures in coordination with competence center leads.
• Ensure qualification, workload, and project quality within the team.

Requirements

• Degree in (Business) Informatics, Engineering, Business Administration, or comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience in the implementation and support of SAP SD.
• Experience in leading and developing teams.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP SD, ideally supplemented by knowledge of related modules.
• Experience in project management, preferably with agile methods.
• Analytical and structured working style combined with strong communication skills.
• High level of personal responsibility and assertiveness.
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
