Overview

As a Remote Client Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our clients. You will be the first point of contact, providing exceptional customer service and communication while handling legal intake processes and litigation support tasks. Your focus will be to gather and verify client information, ensure eligibility, and help clients with documentation, all while operating in a fast-paced and tech-driven environment.

  • Answer incoming calls and communicate effectively with clients.

  • Verify client details and determine eligibility.
  • Provide clear explanations of legal processes in both English and Spanish.
  • Obtain client signatures and facilitate document completion.
  • Adhere to company standards for quality client service.
  • Collaborate with the intake team to meet performance goals.
  • Participate in ongoing training for updates on company protocols.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Available to work evenings, nights, and weekends.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong customer service skills with empathy.
  • Experience in legal intake or similar customer service roles.
  • Comfortable with technology and data entry.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Available to work flexible hours.
