Join JLL as a Union HVAC Technician, where you will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems while ensuring optimal performance and compliance with specifications.

In Short

• Troubleshoot and repair pneumatic, electric, and electronic controls.
• Charge and start up large chiller systems.
• Diagnose HVAC electrical components on various systems.
• Repair and rebuild pumps and compressors.

• Work on-site in Chicago, IL.
• Full-time position with a Tuesday to Saturday schedule.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED.
• 4+ years of HVAC experience or completion of a 4-year apprenticeship.
• Must possess a stationary engineer license.
• EPA Universal certification required.
• Knowledge of pneumatic controls and building automation systems.
• Experience with water and steam systems is preferred.
• Kitchen equipment experience is a plus.
