Overview

The Specialty Leasing Manager will oversee and direct the specialty leasing program to achieve the property’s specialty leasing income, ancillary income, and occupancy goals while maintaining effective communication and coordination with various teams.

Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong deal making and prospecting experience.
• Experience in managing budgets and forecasts.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of practical sales experience.
• Ability to obtain a GA Real Estate license.
• Broad industry contacts and knowledge of retail trends.
• Self-motivated and organized.
• Effective time-management skills.
