In Short

• Execute comprehensive end-to-end testing for Salesforce projects.
• Create and maintain detailed test cases and scripts.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, system, and UAT testing.
• Conduct risk-based testing to support rapid deployment cycles.
• Validate data migrations and integrations using SQL.
• Track and manage defects using Jira.
• Collaborate with developers for quick issue resolution.
• Support UAT sessions with business users.
• Contribute to test process improvements.
• Learn and leverage AI-enhanced testing tools.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of quality assurance experience, with 2 years in Salesforce testing.
• Strong expertise in manual testing methodologies.
• Hands-on experience testing Salesforce clouds.
• Functional understanding of Salesforce architecture and security.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Proficiency with test management tools like Jira.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
• Experience in defect tracking and reporting.
• Collaborative mindset with distributed teams.
