• Seeking an experienced Salesforce Quality Analyst.
• Participate in building the QA organization while delivering testing for Salesforce implementation.
• Establish and build the QA function from scratch.
• Execute end-to-end testing for multiple Salesforce projects.
• Create comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing.
• Write basic automation scripts for manual testing tasks.
• Partner with developers and business analysts.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance testing efficiency.
• Build and mentor a team of QA engineers.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of quality assurance experience.
• 5 years in Salesforce testing.
• Experience building QA organizations from scratch.
• Hands-on expertise in manual testing and basic automation scripting.
• Admin-level understanding of Salesforce platform.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce integrations.
• Proficiency with test management tools.
• Experience with modern automation frameworks.
• Understanding of data migration testing.
• Exceptional communication skills.
