Associate, Resource Manager - Remote

Overview

The Associate, Resource Manager is responsible for tracking resourcing needs and serving as the “air traffic controller” across all staffing parties. This role will be focused on Integrated Communications resourcing within our organization.

In Short

• Track resource requests and allocations.
• Run resourcing meetings with department leads.
• Partner with staffing leads to assign the right talent to the right work.
• Monitor staffing data and recommend solutions.
• Identify when freelance talent may be required.
• Support team with monthly utilization and staffing reporting.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with TA, Finance, Leadership.

Requirements

• 1-3+ years’ experience in resource management, project management, or operations.
• Experience in a dynamic setting with evolving processes.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Solid Excel skills for data analysis.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
• Previous experience in project management is a plus.
