Account Manager (Healthcare Communications) - Remote

Real Chemistry is looking for an Account Manager to join our growing team! This role is perfect for individuals with a passion for healthcare and experience in client services, particularly within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical devices and health IT fields.

In Short

• Responsible for exceptional client service and account management activities for 3-4 accounts
• Drive flawless and timely project execution and high-touch client communications
• Participate in the development of clients’ marketing strategies and tactics
• Support overall account development, resourcing fiscal performance and growth
• Manage day-to-day client contact and execute ad hoc requests
• Develop contracts, presentations, and marketing materials
• Ensure client feedback is gathered and addressed
• Document project status and communicate with stakeholders
• Run client calls or meetings independently
• Manage account finances, including budget tracking and invoicing

Requirements

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Independent thinker with a collaborative spirit
• Client service orientation and sense of urgency
• Ability to communicate effectively with managers
• Experience in managing multiple tasks and deadlines
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Good management of Microsoft Office tools
• Ability to mentor junior staff and delegate tasks
• BA or equivalent work experience required
• Experience with media monitoring and research
