Overview

The Vice President of Finance & Administration at Ready Computing is responsible for leading financial and administrative operations to support organizational growth and operational scalability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in finance or accounting.
• Experience in technology-enabled services or regulated business environments.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems and financial reporting workflows.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with government contracting and financial compliance.
• Proven leadership skills in finance and administrative functions.
• Strong financial governance and operational compliance knowledge.
• Ability to collaborate with executive leadership.
• Experience in developing financial dashboards and KPI frameworks.
