Overview

The Technical Advisor is responsible for providing administrative support and customer service, acting as a liaison between departments, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Assists customers with problem solving and execution of goals.
  • Ensures customer retention and satisfaction.
  • Advises doctors on product suitability for cases.
  • Makes outbound calls for assistance on cases.
  • Maintains professional relationships with dental technicians and managers.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum two years of ACD experience or five years of customer service experience.
  • Three years of experience in a dental background preferred.
  • RDA, DA, or CDT certifications preferred.

  • Competitive pay range of $23.00 to $26.00 per hour.
