The RCX Sports Foundation works to develop, promote, and implement diversity and inclusion in youth sports as the non-profit arm of RCX Sports. The foundation focuses on expanding youth sports opportunities so all children can experience athletics in a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment. No child’s circumstance in life should ever keep them from the lifelong benefits of sports. Sports for all.

In Short

• Oversee all operational aspects of the RCX Sports Foundation Leagues.
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance participation.
• Design and implement processes for league schedules and registrations.
• Guide the introduction of new sport properties.
• Engage with cross-functional partners to enhance league operations.
• Formulate strategic growth plans for the leagues.
• Support financial forecasting and budget adherence.
• Monitor team performance metrics and implement improvement strategies.
• Create a positive team culture and foster professional development.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management or similar preferred.
• At least 6 years of experience in the sports industry.
• Demonstrated ability to develop key relationships.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Driven professional mindset with a passion for youth sports.
• Proven track record of designing creative solutions.
• Passion for teamwork.
• Proficient in MS Office and G-Suite.
