Overview

The Senior Outbound Advisor Choice Consultant is responsible for planning and implementing strategic opportunities by cultivating partnerships and recruitment relationships with Financial Advisors, utilizing specialized recruiting knowledge to engage experienced financial advisors.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Marketing.
  • 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales.
  • Knowledge of financial services and investment concepts.
  • Ability to handle objections and maintain relationships.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Experience with CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Research and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with financial markets and products.
