AV Engineer - Remote

Overview

The Audio Visual (AV) Engineer will provide AV support to RavenTek’s DoD and Civilian customers throughout the United States, including configuring, programming, repairing, and testing AV equipment, as well as providing appropriate training.

In Short

• Provide AV support to DoD and Civilian customers.
• Configure, program, repair, and test AV equipment.
• Survey, plan, and design multi-class AV solutions.
• Document and negotiate system requirements with customers.
• Develop training and user guides for onsite personnel.
• Travel to various job sites as needed.
• Ensure programming meets system requirements.
• Monitor and respond to emails regularly.
• Complete compliance training as assigned.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of control system programming experience.
• Proficient in control system design (Crestron/Extron).
• Hands-on experience with audio DSP setup and calibration.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects.
• Secret clearance required with the ability to obtain Top Secret.
• CTS certification required.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Visio.
• Programming languages for AV systems desired.
