In Short

• Design, build, and own data infrastructure including pipelines and documentation.
• Migrate from legacy systems and streamline analytics via Metabase.
• Structure data stack to support AI query interfaces and self-serve reporting.
• Ensure data consistency, quality, and near real-time availability.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and leadership on dashboards and metrics.
• Manage incoming data requests from across the company.

Requirements

• Proven experience building and maintaining scalable data pipelines.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, Python, and cloud data platforms.
• Ability to drive from ambiguity to structured delivery.
• Experience working with internal stakeholders on actionable data products.
• Startup mindset: proactive, resourceful, and hungry to deliver.
• Located in or near EU time zones.
