Raptor Maps is a fast-growing climate tech startup focused on building software for the solar energy industry. We are looking for a dynamic Product Designer to help design and expand products that drive the efficiency and ROI of solar farms globally.

In Short

• Design and iterate on features for solar farm efficiency.
• Collaborate with designers and product leadership.
• Solicit feedback from peers and stakeholders.
• Use and evolve the design system for high-fidelity prototypes.
• Partner with engineering for quality implementation.
• Understand and apply UX best practices.

Requirements

• 3+ years of product design experience.
• Online portfolio showcasing design work.
• Ability to simplify complex problems into digital experiences.
• Experience with prototyping tools.
• Data-driven decision-making skills.
• Ability to influence product decisions.
• Proficiency in Figma.
• Understanding of design system theory.
• Experience in user research and usability testing.
• Familiarity with UI technologies is a bonus.
• Knowledge of Accessibility standards in UI design.
• High emotional intelligence and collaborative spirit.
• Must be located in the contiguous US and authorized to work in the US.
