RAPP Chicago is looking for a Senior Director, Program Management - North Star to join our award-winning Program Management team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 10-15 years of program and portfolio management experience.
• Expertise in MS Office and project management tools.
• Experience in CRM, technology modernization, and cloud transformation.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Experience with project documentation and management tools.
• Leadership and mentoring skills.
