Resource Planning Manager - Remote

Overview

The Resource Planning Manager at RAPP is responsible for the strategic planning, allocation and management of resources across various projects and departments that support RAPP accounts.

• Collaborate with project managers and department heads to understand project requirements.
• Build and maintain resource complex and staff forecast plans.
• Monitor staffing and hiring processes to meet project commitments.
• Evaluate existing resource assignments and balance workloads.
• Lead meetings to manage staff forecasts and resource planning initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records of resource availability and project assignments.
• Build tools and processes for resource data reporting.
• Design reports and dashboards on resource utilization.
• Use data analytics to forecast future resource needs.
• Continuously enhance resource management processes.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in resource management or project management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Expertise in MS Office and dashboard development tools.
• Proficiency in project and resource management software.
• Ability to analyze data and present insights.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
