Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in Pega decisioning and related technologies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Pega Certified Decisioning Consultant (PCDC) required.
  • Experience in cross-channel marketing campaign development.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects.
  • Experience leading and coaching team members.
  • Proactive in bringing new technology solutions.
  • Ability to adhere to industry regulatory guidelines.
