• Lead and oversee comprehensive user research initiatives.

• Experience in user research and product design.
• Proficiency with design software and usability testing platforms.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in user research or product design.
• Strong understanding of modern web design principles.
• Proven ability to manage and mentor a team.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficiency with research tools and design software.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.
