Product Manager - Remote

Overview

As a Product Manager at Ramp, you will be a driving force behind the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the core Spend Management product. You will be responsible for leading a core team of engineers and designers to build amazing products that serve thousands of businesses, owning a set of key and customer & business problems.

In Short

• Match customer understanding with business goals to deliver great products and experiences alongside a team of world-class designers and engineers.
• Own the product vision, strategy & roadmap for the (finance) admin experience on Ramp.
• Help thousands of finance teams on Ramp more successfully manage their finances by expanding the capabilities of our product.
• Leverage data and customer feedback to constantly iterate and evolve product offerings.
• Contribute to the vision, strategy, and processes that allow Ramp to grow the product management function.

Requirements

• BA/BS in a technical or analytical field.
• Minimum 3 years product management experience.
• Strong customer empathy and design thinking.
• Fluency in data and how to make data-driven product decisions.
• Experience evaluating product decisions and prioritization trade-offs.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and influence small teams of engineers & designers.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and large cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
