Rakuten Kobo Inc. is seeking an Accounts Payable Manager to oversee the accounts payable function, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments while fostering a positive team environment.

• Oversee all aspects of accounts payable function.

• Assist with month-end and year-end close procedures.

Requirements

• Post-secondary degree focused on Accounting.
• 5+ years of experience in Accounts Payable.
• 2+ years in a supervisory or management role.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP S4/Hana, NetSuite).
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Outstanding organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
